Quality Guarantee

  • All products are carefully inspected before shipping.

  • Items are delivered new, without defects, and in the correct model/size/color selected.

  • Printing and embroidery use high-quality materials (DTF, embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer vinyl).
    ⚠️ Damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, natural wear, or customer alterations is not covered.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

  • Exceptions: Custom or personalized items (names, phrases, special sizes, unique embroidery) cannot be returned unless defective.

Process:

  1. Email info@visteama.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our side.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

  • Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item has been received.
